Cancellations
MuslimCBT sells digital products that are delivered electronically after successful payment. Because digital access may be provided immediately, orders generally cannot be cancelled in the same way as an undelivered physical order. However, eligible purchases remain fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee described below.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@muslimcbt.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Use the same email address you used at checkout.
- Where available, include your order number, payment ID, transaction reference, or receipt details so we can locate the payment quickly.
- We will review and initiate eligible refunds as promptly as reasonably possible, normally within 3–5 business days of confirming the purchase.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- There is no minimum usage requirement.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment processor.
- Bank, card-network, or payment-processor processing times may mean the refunded amount takes additional time to appear in your account after we initiate it.
Failed, Duplicate, or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged incorrectly, or debited for a payment that did not complete, email us with the transaction details. We will check the payment status with the relevant processor and assist with the appropriate resolution.
Technical or Delivery Issues
If you cannot access or download your purchase, please contact us so we can first restore access where possible. See our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy for delivery details.
Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by Razorpay and/or Gumroad depending on the checkout available to you. Refunds are initiated through the processor that handled the original transaction whenever possible.
